Cancellation Policy

To confirm and secure your appointment, a deposit of $50.00 - $100.00 (based on your service) is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will also result in the loss of the deposit and may be subject to additional booking restrictions. Clients with two or more cancelations, reschedules, or no-shows without proper notice will be required to pay the full service amount up front in order to book any future appointments. By booking an appointment you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your respect for our time and the time of all our clients.
