Service Satisfaction Policy
Due to the nature of our services and the time and labor involved, we do not issue refunds once a service has been completed. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, which may include a re-service at no additional cost. In the event Company is found responsible for damage caused during service, Company will cover the reasonable cost of repair for the specific damage in question.
Deposits & Cancellations
A 25% deposit of the quoted service total is required to secure all appointments and is due at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable with at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows are subject to a charge of 50% of the quoted service total. A $50 rescheduling fee applies to any appointment rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by Company will not result in deposit forfeiture or fees.
Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages
Gift cards and prepaid service packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Pricing & Discount Policy
Our services are carefully structured to reflect the time, materials, and level of care required to deliver consistent, high-quality results. The following guidelines apply to all services:

The highest-priced service within an estate package remains at the standard rate. Applicable incentives or discounts may be applied to additional vehicles or vessels only.

Maintenance plan pricing reflects preferred program rates and is not subject to additional discounts or promotional offers.

Discounts, incentives, or promotional offers may not be combined. Only one offer may be applied per service appointment or estate package.

Household enrollment incentives for additional vehicles apply to initial services only and are available when multiple vehicles or vessels are scheduled at the same location and time.

All services are subject to evaluation upon arrival. If the condition of the vehicle or vessel requires additional time or restoration beyond the selected package, the service level may be adjusted accordingly prior to proceeding.
