Refund Policy
Service Refunds
Due to the nature of our business and the time and labor involved, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered. However, if you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, which may include a re-service at no additional cost.
Deposits & Cancelations
• Deposits: Some appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
Gift Cards & Packages
• Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
