Service Agreement
Upcountry Luxe Detailing, LLC agrees to provide detailing services as described at the time of booking. Services are performed at the agreed location, date, and time. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions or inappropriate customer behavior.
Vehicle Condition
Customers must disclose any known issues with their vehicle, including pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or electrical sensitivities. We are not responsible for damage resulting from faulty components, pre-existing conditions, or unexpected system failures during cleaning.
Access and Preparation
Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible, unlocked, and located in a safe, legal working environment with access to water and/or electricity if required. Failure to provide appropriate access may result in rescheduling or cancellation fees.
Pricing and Payment
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, or added services. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted forms of payment include cash, card, or digital payment platforms.
Deposits and Cancellations
• Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit or incurring a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may result in full-service charges or refusal of future bookings.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our quality. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and, if appropriate, re-service the vehicle. No refunds are issued after service has been completed.
Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle and property, Upcountry Luxe Detailing, LLC is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical or electrical failures
• Lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle
• Weather-related delays or limitations
Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
