Terms & Conditions
By booking, scheduling, or accepting services from Upcountry Luxe Detailing, LLC (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
Service Agreement
Upcountry Luxe Detailing, LLC provides detailing and related appearance services as described at the time of booking, performed at the agreed-upon location, date, and time. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, severe weather, excessive contamination, or inappropriate behavior. Biohazard conditions are evaluated case-by-case and are subject to additional fees whether or not disclosed at the time of booking.
In-Person Consultations
In-person consultations are available for clients seeking a detailed assessment of their vehicle or vessel prior to booking services. A $75 consultation fee is due at the time of booking the consult. This fee is applied in full toward the required deposit if the client proceeds with scheduling a service. The consultation fee is non-refundable if the client does not book a service following the consult.
Vehicle & Property Condition
Clients must disclose any known issues with their vehicle or vessel, including pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or electrical sensitivities. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions discovered during service. Some defects may become more visible after cleaning or correction — this is a normal result of the detailing process and does not constitute damage caused by us.
Access & Preparation
Clients must ensure the vehicle or vessel is accessible and located in a safe, legal working environment with access to water and electricity where required. If you are not present during service, we may access your property at the designated location as arranged at booking. Failure to provide appropriate access may result in a $75 trip fee or cancellation charge.
Deposits & Cancellations
A 25% deposit of the quoted service total is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit or cancellation charge. A $50 rescheduling fee applies to any appointment rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by Company will not result in deposit forfeiture or a rescheduling fee.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle or vessel condition, size, or additional services. For remote clients, a payment link will be sent upon completion of service. Payment is due in full by midnight (11:59 PM) on the date of service. A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied to any payment not received by the due date. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and digital payment platforms.
Satisfaction Policy
We stand by our quality. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we may assess and, if appropriate, re-service the vehicle or vessel. No refunds are issued after service has been completed.
Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle and property, Upcountry Luxe Detailing, LLC is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or conditions revealed during service

Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to our negligence

Lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle or vessel

Weather-related delays or limitations

Damage caused by defective, aged, or previously compromised components

In the event that Company is found responsible for damage caused during service, Company will cover the reasonable cost of repair for the specific damage in question. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Personal Property
Please remove all valuables, firearms, cash, electronics, and personal belongings from your vehicle or vessel prior to service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Child Safety Seats
For liability reasons, we will not remove or reinstall child safety seats or booster seats. Clients are responsible for proper removal and reinstallation per manufacturer guidelines.
Biohazards & Excessive Conditions
Biohazard conditions (including mold, mildew, bodily fluids, and similar contaminants) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or beyond scope. When biohazard service is performed, an additional fee will be assessed whether or not the condition was disclosed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, severe staining, or neglect beyond the quoted condition.
Photography & Marketing
By accepting service, you grant Upcountry Luxe Detailing, LLC permission to photograph and video your vehicle or vessel before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes including social media and advertising. You may submit a written request to exclude your property from use in any advertising, marketing, or social media content.
Ceramic Coatings & Paint Correction
Paint correction, gelcoat correction, polishing, and ceramic coating services are cosmetic enhancement services. Results may vary based on existing condition, surface thickness, prior repairs, and environmental exposure. We do not guarantee complete defect removal, perfection, or permanent protection beyond manufacturer limitations.
Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages
Gift cards and prepaid service packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Governing Law
These terms are governed under the laws of the state of South Carolina.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Acceptance
By booking, authorizing, paying for, or accepting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
