Cancellation Policy

To confirm and secure your appointment, a deposit of 25% of your select service is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits are refundable with 48 hours’ notice or more. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 25% of the total service price. Appointments canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled time, or no-shows, will be charged 50% of the total service price. No-shows will also result in the loss of the deposit and may be subject to additional booking restrictions. Clients with two or more cancelations, reschedules, or no-shows without proper notice will be required to pay the full service amount up front in order to book any future appointments.
