Cancellation Policy

A 25% deposit of your quoted service total is required to secure your appointment. You will receive a payment link shortly if your deposit has not yet been collected. Please review the following before your service date: Preparation Please ensure your vehicle or vessel is accessible and located in a safe working environment with access to water and power. Remove all valuables, personal belongings, firearms, cash, and electronics prior to service. Child safety seats must be removed by the client prior to our arrival. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a deposit refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment or no-shows are subject to a charge of 50% of the quoted service total. A $50 rescheduling fee applies to appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by us will not result in deposit forfeiture or fees. Payment Payment is due in full by midnight (11:59 PM) on the date of service. A late fee of 5% will be applied to any balance not received by the due date. Photography We photograph all vehicles and vessels before, during, and after service for documentation and quality control. You may submit a written request to exclude your property from use in any advertising, marketing, or social media content.
